Shipping policy

We know how exciting it is to receive your gifts, so we do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible!

Order Processing

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours during non-peak periods.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent.

Standard Delivery

  • NSW / ACT: 2 – 5 business days

  • Interstate (Metro): 3 – 6 business days

  • Regional: Please allow an extra 1 – 2 business days

Delivery Costs

We charge fees based on weight of our items. Your delivery cost will be quoted based on the type of delivery that you would like - express or standard, and then the weight of the combined items. If you have more than one item in cart, the weights will be combined to provide you the final weight and price.

Express Delivery

We offer express shipping for those times you need your order extra fast. Most express deliveries will reach you within 1–2 business days after dispatch. Occasionally, it may take a little longer depending on your location or unforeseen courier delays.

Please understand that while we’ll send your parcel promptly, we can’t guarantee exact delivery times once it’s in the hands of the carrier. For this reason, we’re unable to refund express delivery fees if delays occur that are outside our control.
