At Twenty-Four One, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help.

Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind.
If you would like to return an item for this reason:

• Please contact us at hello@twentyfourone.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Return shipping will be at your own cost.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept change of mind returns on:

• Soft toys
• Drinking or eating tools
• Bath or body products

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@twentyfourone.com.au with a description and clear photos of the item. We’ll offer you the choice of:

• A full refund
• A store credit
• A replacement (if the item is still in stock)

Important Notes

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for change of mind returns, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
• Refunds (where applicable) will be processed using your original payment method.
