Wildlife Warriors was established in 2002 by Steve and Terri Irwin as a way to include and involve other caring people in the protection of injured, threatened or endangered wildlife – from the individual animal to an entire species.

To be the most effective wildlife conservation organisation in the world through the delivery of outstanding outcome-based programs and projects, inclusive of humanity.

The Zoo and the Wildlife Warriors holds a special place in our hearts. 

As a little girl, I was taken to the zoo once a year on a special trip - a trip that holds so many fond memories. We loved supporting the Wildlife Warriors, and getting involved with events they held.

The moment we decided to start this business, we knew we wanted to give back to something that was important to us, and the Wildlife Warriors is just that.
